Please read the following if any of your area is larger than 10 square meters.
Please note that the service fee listed on our website is applicable for areas that are 10 square meters or less. For spaces that exceed this size, an incremental fee of 5% will be charged for each additional square meter.
- Each area in your project is individually evaluated. If an additional area is larger than 10 square meters, the same 5% fee increase applies for each extra square meter.
- Consider the largest area in your project as the "main area". This area is priced differently, and all other areas are categorized as 'additional areas'.
- Please note that it's not possible to distribute the total square meters of one area to another. For instance, if your home office area in your living room is 15 square meters and is considered the main area, and you have a dining area in your living room which is 8 square meters (classified as an additional area), an extra charge will apply for the 5 square meters that exceed the 10 square meter limit. This charge is irrespective of the dining area being less than 10 square meters.
- In case all areas are larger than 10 square meters, the 5% fee increase applies to each area. For example, if your home office area in your living room (main area) is 15 square meters and your dining area (additional area) is 12 square meters, both spaces will have their respective fees increased by 5% for each square meter exceeding 10.
We'll request any additional payments after your order is complete and the first consultation has taken place. These payments can be made via direct bank transfer or through a secure online link that we'll send you, allowing for card payment.
