BEFORE YOUR SESSION

  1. Select your preferred time slot from the calendar and book it.

  2. Complete the survey form sent to you, at least 24 hours before your session.

  3. Follow our measurement guide to note dimensions; share these with us 24 hours in advance.

  4. Provide us with photos or videos of the space. We prefer photos :)

DURING YOUR SESSION

  • With your survey responses and measurements, your designer preps for about an hour.

  • You'll receive verbal guidance, a design blueprint, and solution ideas.

  • Expect advice on colors, furniture placement, decor tips, and optimal product picks.

Reminder: These sessions aim to guide and simplify your journey, not provide a complete, "finalized" design.

90-Minute Session:

  • Perfect for a thorough assessment of 1 room or 2 rooms with less detail.

  • Comes with a scaled (but not dimensioned) layout for 1 room.

  • Time permitting, other rooms can be discussed.
     

30-Minute Session:

  • Best for reviewing 1 room.

  • Focus is on decorative tweaks and accessory choices.

We utilize Zoom for our video sessions.
No paid subscription required.

  • Connection: Our team ensures a stable connection. Should there be any hiccups on our end, we've got you covered.

  • Post-Purchase: Once you book, expect an email detailing your appointment and Zoom connection info. Please review this email thoroughly.

  • Joining: Use the provided Zoom details from the email to join your session.

  • Encountering problems?
    Drop us an email for prompt assistance.
     

  • Should there be any connectivity issues from our side, we'll either extend your session or reschedule, ensuring you get the full session value. Your satisfaction is our priority.
