AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

We schedule a 30-minute online meeting within a week of your package purchase.
-
A pre-meeting form is emailed to you to fill out.

During this meeting, we discuss your design requirements and set a delivery timeline.

Your design will be completed within the agreed period and delivered via email.

For Medio and Grande packages, we wrap up with a 30-minute closing meeting. For Massimo package, each meeting is 60-min long and are in-person.

The delivery timeline may vary based on your requested details. We'll ensure you have a clear understanding of this during our 30-minute online preliminary discussion.
