Please read the following if any of your room is larger than 30 square meters.
Please note that the service fee listed on our website is applicable for rooms that are 30 square meters or less. For spaces that exceed this size, an incremental fee of 3% will be charged for each additional square meter.
- Each room in your project is individually evaluated. If an additional room is larger than 30 square meters, the same 3% fee increase applies for each extra square meter.
- Consider the largest room in your project as the "main room". This room is priced differently, and all other rooms are categorized as 'additional rooms'.
- Please note that it's not possible to distribute the total square meters of one room to another. For instance, if your living room is 35 square meters and is considered the main room, and you have a bedroom which is 10 square meters (classified as an additional room), an extra charge will apply for the 5 square meters that exceed the 30 square meter limit in your living room. This charge is irrespective of the bedroom being less than 30 square meters.
- In case all rooms are larger than 30 square meters, the 3% fee increase applies to each room. For example, if your living room (main room) is 35 square meters and your bedroom (additional room) is 32 square meters, both rooms will have their respective fees increased by 3% for each square meter exceeding 30.
We'll request any additional payments after your order is complete and the first consultation has taken place. These payments can be made via direct bank transfer or through a secure online link that we'll send you, allowing for card payment.
